My mother got me the neon Clutch from Target on sale for $6 !

I love the neon and the look of this clutch . Its like a clutch on top of another clutch , which is super cool and Chic : ) Im on a mission to find some neon shoes of some sort to go with it . I got the black and tan Handbags from Rue 21 on sale for $7 each !

These handbags are so cute and stylish , and they have so much space in them .  I just really love the fringes and spikes !
